No vintage, vintage and prestige cuvée Champagne and What is the difference

Champagne can be confusing to buy. Several manufacturers, types and more. It is not really that important, and champagne is not just an ideal drink to celebrate, but at any time. This wine is surprisingly enjoyable and tasty meal. First, the basics of all. Champagne is Champagne from France. Everything else is not. Now there are some excellent sparkling wines from around the world, including Spain, Italy, California, Australia and even in Massachusetts, but it’s different. You do not have the same tastes, it does not occur in the same soil with the environment itself. The French word terroir is used to describe them. A wine that tastes of their homeland, came and wines from different places have different taste.

The least expensive is NV or vintage. This is done by multi-harvest grapes to produce a consistent and very good years. Not all years have great grapes, taste and even between the same quality of grapes differently due to weather conditions and other aspects of the growing season. If we choose an N, for example, Moet & Chandon White Label popular, it is extremely consistent year after year, and very tasty! Vintage champagne will be a harvest, the year the grapes were grown, all the grapes will be this year. Most houses only produce bubbles in a very good year for big years, and some recent vintages for most major manufacturers in 1985, `1988, 1990, 1995, 1996, 2000 and 2002. Each year different tastes, and characteristics that growth this year. For example, the collection was dedicated in 1988, and not when they are young and it took many years to soften, while most of the year 1990 were more accessible and creamy taste in his youth. Vintage champagne is usually the most expensive and best wines of the network variables as they are from the best grapes in recent years.

Many farmers have also called a high-end vintage Cuvée Prestige. These are produced in the coming years, only the finest of all grapes and a higher price because the best wines. Some anecdotal examples of prestige cuvee includes Krug, Dom Perignon and Cristal. For many of us are well worth the price of one hundred dollars and a huge price. There are wonderful champagne all types, and for a beginner, to discover the wines, the network variable is a good starting point and delicious!
